WAPARC Projects

Project Overview

The Western Australia Pavement Asset Research Program (WAPARC) preceded WARRIP and was established in 2011. Curtin University of Technology, the University of Western Australia, ARRB Group Ltd, Main Roads Western Australia, the Western Australian Local Government Association establish this research collaboration. WAPARC research included:

  • Whole of Life Cycle Costing of Road Pavement Configurations (2013)
  • Validation and Specification of Warm Mix Asphalt (2012)
  • Validation of proposed Austroads Finite Element Design Model (2017)
  • Composite Indicator for Whole of Life Management (n.d.)
  • Enhanced Use of Construction and Demolition Waste as Road Pavement Materials: Scoping Study (2013)
