The Western Australia Pavement Asset Research Program (WAPARC) preceded WARRIP and was established in 2011. Curtin University of Technology, the University of Western Australia, ARRB Group Ltd, Main Roads Western Australia, the Western Australian Local Government Association establish this research collaboration.
