Main Roads WA is at the forefront in the development and use of robust asset management processes. However, effectively communicating the value of these processes to senior decision-makers and convincing them to provide adequate funding has been a significant challenge. Through this project, WARRIP will address these challenges and improve the knowledge and skills required by Main Roads in seeking sustainable and well-justified funding for maintenance, asset preservation, and renewal.
